MIADROBIT

Independent technology practice · Mircea-Lucian Blaga

Architecture and technology leadership when delivery needs direction.

I help product teams facing stalled delivery, a difficult platform decision or a leadership gap. Together, we untangle the constraints, clarify priorities and move the next important piece forward.

Where I can help

Senior support, shaped to the problem.

Delivery has stalled. A platform choice needs a clear owner. Technology leadership is stretched. The starting point is your situation, not a predetermined technology or package.

01 /

Architecture & Delivery Diagnostic

Review the relevant architecture and delivery path with your team to understand what is slowing a critical project.

What you leave with: a shared view of the constraints, prioritized decisions and practical next steps.

02 /

Fractional or Interim CTO

Senior technology leadership when the role is missing or stretched: align technical direction, delivery teams and stakeholders.

What we put in place: clear decision ownership, technical priorities and a team cadence suited to the work.

03 /

Focused AI / Automation Proof of Value

Test one bounded workflow against a real need before committing to production.

What you leave with: an evaluated workflow, human-review and failure-handling considerations, and a recommendation on whether to take it further.

Scope, outputs, cadence and commercial terms are agreed for each engagement. No fixed package or guaranteed savings.

The person behind the work

Built on hands-on delivery.

I’m Mircea-Lucian Blaga, a technology leader and architect with experience across software products, enterprise integration and delivery teams. MIADROBIT is my independent practice, not a claim that these organizations are its clients.

A product I’m building

DevLogary

An identity-first product for developers becoming more deliberate Product Engineers: connect habits, goals, systems, time and reflection to the engineer you want to be.

I’m building a structured web and agent platform around that practice, including decisions with their rationale and private, source-linked weekly devlog drafts whose claims the member reviews before choosing what to share.

The product and architecture challenge: keep daily practice, decisions and review connected across web and agent workflows, while making human judgment and sharing choices explicit.

Experimental, invitation-only beta. OpenClaw and Claude Code integrations and own-agent chat require private-beta setup; availability depends on access and configuration. This is my own product example, not a client engagement or a claim of validated outcomes.

Synthetic Product Engineer example

Connect practice to a decision.

Identity → Practice

Product Engineer

Habit: review one change for user impact.
Goal: make the onboarding path clearer.

Reflect → Decide

Keep the first experiment small.

Decision: test the welcome copy before redesigning the flow.

Why: learn from one change at a time.
Source: example diary note, 26 October.

Review → Share by choice

A private weekly draft, not automatic proof.

Draft claim: “Improved onboarding.”

After review: “Tested new welcome copy; impact not yet measured.”
